A legacy of excellence, the W126 generation debuted in 1979 and quickly became one of the most successful and respected S-Class models in Mercedes-Benz history. By 1981, the coupe variants - dubbed the SEC (Sonderklasse Einspritzmotor Coupe) - were introduced, offering the same world-class luxury as the S-Class sedans but with a sleeker, pillarless design.

In 1985, Mercedes-Benz refreshed the W126 lineup, introducing the 560SEC as the ultimate expression of the SEC family. This model featured a larger 5.5L M117 V-8 engine, enhanced safety features, and improved refinement. This 1991 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC on offer represents the final and most refined evolution of the W126 S-Class coupe, a model that set new standards for luxury, engineering, and performance throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. As the flagship grand tourer of its era, the 560SEC combines timeless design, robust V-8 power, and cutting-edge technology of the day.

Acquired by the Passport Collection in the fall of 2017, this white 1991 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC is presented with a clean CARFAX® report. Equipped with creature comfort items such as power steering and power anti-lock brakes, it offers a stylish and luxurious ride. Inside, the 560SEC epitomized handcrafted luxury of the '90s with materials such as burl walnut wood and premium leather upholstery. Features include power-adjustable, heated front seats with memory function, automatic climate-control air-conditioning, a Becker Grand Prix radio, power sunroof, power windows, and power mirrors. A timeless design and presence, the performance was also fitting, as this 560SEC comes packed with a 5.6-litre V-8 engine that is paired with a four-speed automatic transmission.

Whether you're looking for a stylish weekend cruiser, a long-term investment, or a nostalgic return to the golden age of German engineering, this 560SEC offers an unparalleled driving experience that one will certainly be proud of.
